One Month Always Eating After 7PM

I couldn't be happier about this new habit that I have adopted. Eating After 7pm has been one of the easiest diet plans to follow and I love that it is my new routine. After a month of following this program I can honestly say that I have more energy and feel more fit. I have combined this diet with weekly workouts (3-4 for 30-45min) and have finally started to see some great results. I have also upped my water intake! As Joel Marion shares in his book, “Water helps digest your food, expel wastes, regulate your temperature, protect your tissues, cushion your joints, and protect your spinal column, among many other vital functions. It is through water that hormones flow to the proper organs, that nutrients reach all cells, and that toxins are diluted and removed from the body.” It is so important to make sure you are drinking an adequate amount of water. I have been so guilty of not drinking enough water, especially while working. I purchased a 40oz water bottle and drink only out of that to keep track of how much water I am drinking lately. Since doing this I can definitely say my appetite has been curved and my skin feels much more hydrated. One of my favorite suggestions of this diet has been the morning ritual. Always Eat After 7pm discusses how “One of the simplest 3-Minute Fat-Burning Morning Rituals, lemon water is a glass of water mixed with the juice of one half of a lemon. This drink provides all the benefits of regular drinking water, which supports weight loss, digestive health, physical performance, and cognitive function.” This has also worked wonders for me! I love to do this right before a morning run or HIIT workout. It helps to wake me up and prepare myself for the day! It is also incredibly refreshing!
