I have always been pretty health conscious. After being a vegetarian for 9 years, I have made it a point to continue to watch and understand what I eat. Packaging can be so deceiving! It may look healthy, but in reality, your food choices can be packed with preservatives and added sugar!
Ever since becoming a mom, I have become even more health-conscious about the products I choose for my family. I want the best for my boys, and I want to instill good eating habits now while they are still young!
I started using Beech-Nut® Naturals™ with my oldest son, who is now three years old. As a new mom, I would research anything and everything to make sure that I was making the right choices for my baby. After hitting the internet for a good week, I finally found a brand that I felt comfortable with for my child. I immediately headed to my local grocery store and started to choose some flavors that I thought Hudson would love! I taste tested everything myself and was incredibly pleased with the flavors! They all tasted delicious and not just like your average baby food. Fast forward almost four years, and Beech-Nut® is my go-to baby food for Hayes, too!
Beech-Nut® Naturals™ offers a wide variety of flavors, all of which are packed with 100% natural ingredients, with nothing artificial! I love that the ingredients are so simple! What you see on the front label is exactly what you get. They are all made with real ingredients that are always 100% natural such as with fresh apples and pears. Additionally, Beech-Nut® Naturals™ and Organics are simply prepared by being pureed cold to protect flavor and nutrients then gently cooked with indirect
heat. I love that you can heat up the baby food in the glass jars at home, which makes feeding time so much easier! We also love to get crafty and create our own smoothies, by blending a jar together with fresh fruit and/or ice. The Apple, Cinnamon & Granola (Stage 2) flavor is great for apple dipping, too! We even recycle the glass containers to use as pots for planting
