Add Bone Broth Protein to Your Daily Diet!

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is something that has always been super important to me. I strive to eat healthy, workout, I take my vitamins, and you can always catch me with a protein drink. Recently I was introduced to bone broth protein by my husband Geordan. He shared with me all of the health benefits of bone broth protein and how easy it is to add to numerous recipes. I was immediately intrigued!
So what is Bone Broth Protein anyway? Bone broth protein is a powerful powder that can aid your body in so many ways! Bone broth protein begins as liquid bone broth and is then dehydrated, which turns the liquid into a concentrated source of protein powder. Currently I am using Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein in three flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla and Pure. Each flavor is delicious and provides your body with common nutrients that you simply don’t get enough of: collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin, and hyaluronic acid. Start your day with a delicious slice of Bone Broth Protein -Coconut Banana Bread! Yum!!!
This is one of my favorite healthy recipes to have for breakfast or to enjoy throughout the day.
2-3 large, ripe bananas
2-3 large eggs
1/3 cup of coconut flour (or regular flour)
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup of vanilla Bone Broth Protein powder
⅓ cup of hemp seeds
⅓ cup of flax seed
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
⅓ cup of coconut flakes
⅓ cup of sugar (you can make without sugar and add extra cinnamon)
Non stick spray or butter for pan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl
Add eggs + vanilla, mix well!
Put all dry ingredients together with the eggs and vanilla, mix well!
Spray your baking pan or coat pan in butter.
Pour in batter then sprinkle coconut flakes and hemp seeds lightly on the top of batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Banana Coconut Bone Broth Protein Smoothie
1 cup of almond milk
1 school of Bone Broth Protein- I used Vanilla
1 frozen banana
⅓ cup of shredded coconut
¼ cup of hemp seeds
½ cup of greek yogurt
1 packet of stevia
1 cup of ice
Blend until you reach your perfect smoothie consistency!
